About Our Company
Moss Henken started the trophy shop in 1952. It was sold to G.R. Reynolds in 1971. It was purchased by The Raymond's in 1994. Randy Raymond Sr. and Reynolds were and still are good friends. They lived next door to each other. Reynolds retired and moved to Colorado. In 1994, there was one employee and Reynolds. There are now nine of us-- working to give the best service we possibly can.

7 year old Grandson, Randy Raymond III , works at the shop during the summer when he is not attending school. He is our customer relations manager. |
3 year old Emma, Joe's daughter, the new arrival to our business, is the customer relations supervisor. She also helps customers take their trophies out to their car upon request. She is the supervisor of Randy III. |
Randy Sr. retired from the Kern County Sheriff's Dept. in 1994 to run the business. He retired as a Senior Homicide Detective, having been decorated with numerous awards, including "Officer of the Year". "I thoroughly enjoy the positive aspect of this business. It allows me to work with my entire family on a daily basis and be able to see the citizens of our town in a good mood and doing something for them to make their day".
Randy Sr. is privileged to have his wife of 38 years, Sheri, with him each day at the shop. Randy Jr. and his wife, Megan with their son Randy lll are there too. Randy Jr. is the Production Foreman for the company, supervising the work and the shop. Joe, the youngest son at 27, is the Lead Assembler in the shop. He makes sure all the trophies, glass, and acrylic is built and engraved.
Amber has been with the company for over seven years. Brian has been with our company for over two years. Misty has been working with our company for over a year now and is looking forward to meeting more customers. Maddison is our newest employee and is learning everything about the trophy industry and helping customers. We are looking forward to you meeting and working with her. They are loyal, integral parts of the company. They are like family.
Raymond's Trophy & Awards is a member of the Awards and Recognition Association, a worldwide industry association. Four of the employees are currently enrolled in an educational program offered by ARA to achieve the status of Certified Recognition Specialist. The program requires over 100 hours of classroom and hands-on teaching in all aspects of the trade.
